upRanker is operated by upRanker FZE, registered in the United Arab Emirates. Our services are accessible at upranker.me. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@upranker.me.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Billing information: Payment details are processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — we never store raw card numbers.
- Website data: URLs, sitemaps, and content you add when connecting your website.
- Usage data: Articles generated, keywords researched, and features used within the platform.
- Google data: If you connect Google Search Console, we access your GSC property data with your explicit permission via OAuth.
- Google Ads and Search Console data: If you connect Google Ads and/or Google Search Console, we access account and reporting data you authorize (read-only access) to import keywords, search terms, clicks, impressions, conversions, and related performance metrics.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically during use.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve the upRanker service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To generate SEO content tailored to your website
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts, important service notices)
- To provide customer support
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models for any purpose other than your own content generation.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate upRanker:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- OpenAI / Anthropic — AI content generation
- Resend — transactional email
- DataForSEO — keyword research data
- Unsplash / DALL-E — image generation and sourcing
Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and data processing agreements in place.
5. Google user data: sharing, transfer, and disclosure
When you connect Google services, upRanker processes Google user data only to provide the features you request (for example, importing Search Console queries or Google Ads search terms into your content planning workflow).
Who we share Google user data with:
- Infrastructure providers (for example, hosting/database providers) that store and process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Service providers you activate (for example, WordPress publishing targets) when required to complete an action you initiated.
- Legal authorities only when required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or enforceable government request.
- Corporate transaction counterparties only if upRanker is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, and only with appropriate safeguards and notice where required.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties for advertising purposes.
upRanker’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data
- Export a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Cookies

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of upRanker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
