Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using upRanker (the “Service”), operated by upRanker FZE (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

upRanker is an AI-powered SEO content platform that helps users research keywords, generate long-form articles, and publish content to WordPress and other platforms. Features include keyword research, article generation, content scheduling, and Google Search Console integration.

3. Account registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts may not be shared between multiple people.

4. Subscriptions and billing

upRanker offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Charges will be made to your payment method at the start of each billing period
  • Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
  • All charges are in US dollars unless stated otherwise

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce the platform or its AI outputs for resale as a competing service
  • Circumvent usage limits through automation, multiple accounts, or other means
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access our systems beyond the intended interface
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content generated through upRanker using your account. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of articles, keywords, or other outputs you generate.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Content generated by upRanker is produced by AI models. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees about the factual accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content.

8. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, upRanker FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
