14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with upRanker within 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility for a refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment
- You have not previously received a refund from upRanker
Refund requests for renewal charges (second month and beyond) are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, particularly where a technical issue caused service disruption.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@upranker.me with:
- The email address on your account
- The date of your subscription payment
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helpful)
We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
What happens after a refund
After a refund is issued, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the free trial plan. Content you have generated remains accessible in your account for 30 days, after which it may be removed.
Subscription cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period, unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window
You can cancel anytime from the billing page in your account settings.
Non-refundable cases
We do not issue refunds for:
- Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial months or unused article credits
